Who handles your information
Beard & Buckle is independently operated by mindcavecreations. Although the brand will be featured inside the Maker's Market TN retail space, these forms and their records are managed directly by Beard & Buckle and are not Maker's Market TN applications.
Information we collect
The customer waitlist collects an email address, consent record, signup source, and technical records needed to prevent abuse. The maker interest form collects the information entered about the maker, business, craft, contact details, portfolio link, note, and required acknowledgements.
How we use it
Waitlist information is used only to confirm the signup and send Beard & Buckle opening updates. Maker information is used only to acknowledge, evaluate, and follow up on the maker's non-binding inquiry. Neither form grants permission for unrelated promotional marketing.
Service providers and disclosure
Google Cloud and Firebase host and protect submission records. Resend delivers confirmation and operational emails. These providers process information on Beard & Buckle's behalf. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, security, legal obligations, or an active business conversation. Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe option. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the appropriate address below.
